For those without FireFox, Win 7 has the "Snipping Tool" which can capture all or part of the screen.

Or you can do the old standby of ALT-PRTSCRN for currently active window capture to clipboard.
or PRTSCRN for the whole screen.

I press the Print Screen button on the keyboard than open that in MS Paint.
