Went to order a dual run capacitor CAP050400440RT for Goodman heat pump. Value is 40/5 uf at 440 vac. Noticed that some have an "S" or "P" suffix on the part number. Anyone know what these extra letters mean?

no idea. as long as the ratings are the same and the EMF rating is the same or greater you;ll be fine
