Had to purchase a new Oak brook faucet no instructions came with it.
I cannot remember how to connect the pop up stopper. I know I got the rod that goes down and from their I cannot remember how to make the connection. Could someone tell how to do it or is the a photo that could show the connections?

No good at pics. The rod that sticks up above the faucet, connects to a flat metal piece with large holes and a screw/hole that tightens on that rod. The large holes fit onto the rod coming out of the tail piece that actually houses the stopper. The large holes allow for adjustment. There should be a u shaped spring clip that holds the rod to the stopper rod. Make any sense???

It does. My problem is how to connect both rods to the spring clip.
You know I hate to keep using my 82 years as an an excuse but memory becomes an issue. Thank you sir!!

Don't feel dumb. The pop up stopper has driven me crazy for years! It wasn't until a few weeks ago when I attempted to fix it (again!) that I realized that the clip goes on each side of the down rod with holes! And even though I'm "only" 69 years old, I've had it clipped wrong for years! So far, so good...follow that picture (I missed the positioning over and over) and ta da! You're good to go (crossing fingers-LOL!)
