One of our members here is having trouble logging in. As I understand it, every time he attempts, his password is lost and he has to establish a new one.

Anyone know and or understand how the password here is saved? Via cookie or ???

it should be saved on the server side. otherwise there's no good secure way to authenticate it.

turn off any ad/script blockers. flush the browser cache and cookies. reboot and try again.
