Am this close (picture index and thumb very very close together) to putting this 2008 Grand Cherokee 3.0l 6-cyl diesel up for sale.

Vehicle ran out of juice while driving so alternator is likely cause, right?

Prob is the alternator removal is complex. Any experience and tip is welcome.

I would at least get it started (borrow a battery if necessary), and run an alternator output test before blaming the alternator.

Did that even check the cables from alternator to battery...all good.
The fix to get the alternator out and new one in: loosen bolts and lift motor a couple of cms.
