Just bought a condo! Was going to wait till I got there on Tues but afraid I might lose it. Daughter was excited, said it was perfect. Second time I've bought a place sight unseen but with pictures and Google maps I could see a lot of things I needed to. Just needed her to check out the area.

Electronic signatures on contracts are really slick, got all documentation signed by me and returned to agent already, hope to have an executed contract tomorrow.

About 8 miles to the girls, about the same to my daughter's place.

Not a done deal yet another contract on the place, maybe find out later today.

"Not a done deal yet another contract on the place, maybe find out later today".

Done deal.

Just got a call from the agent, she said "Congratulations, you just bought a house". LOL. I said to her, "you learned that in real estate school didn't you"? (She said, yes I did).

You don't even say hello when telling a buyer because if I was to say I changed my mind before I got notified that the contract was accepted I have legally withdrawn my offer. By communicating that it was accepted it's now an executed contract.

I'm quite pleased, it's a very nice neighborhood and very convenient to everything. I think I'll be very happy there.

So when do you move?

Good question, I can't sell (close) before about Jan 10 to avoid Capital Gains. I could leave before then and leave it with a realtor but I got a lot of stuff to get done with this place.

Earliest maybe sometime in January. Man, I hate the thought of moving again, but I have scaled down a bunch.
