Thr T unit is destabilizing..
threatening to invade Venezuela too.
Is the invasion of Venezuela supposed to be a distraction
and a way to scare Kim? What a bad idea.
It was stated that no one knew of a military option in Venezuela. One of the main problems I see with Trump is that he appears as if he is the decision maker as if he was running his own company.
With N Korea he made it much too personal as if it's between him and Kim, so when he gets disrespected it seems to taint his next response or worse yet the decision. He could avoid so much by saying "WE are taking this under advisement, the NSA is studying this now and we will decide on what actions will be taken............" but it seems like he wants everyone to see HE is charge, HE will decide what actions are taken.
This behavior makes you think of "I know more than the generals". Venezuela is a good example, why speak off the cuff and make a "military options" blunder?
"Our people are studying Venezuela very closely, there are several options..........."
He creates needless problems and then refuses to back off a statement once made, quite the contrary, he'll double down on it to show it wasn't a foolish statement.
Mattis, Tillerson and McMaster are all capable people, they should be relied on more. I see Al Haig here, "I'm in charge", trouble is Trump is in charge.
