Once I figured out the angles, I made a cutting jig for the nose.
Had to cut them by hand. Couldn't figure out a way to safely cut by machine.
The opposite end, used the miter saw. All wood was extras from past projects.
The 2 oak frames were made from a 50+ year old church pew seat.
I cut the matting. Had a guy cut the glass.
Danish oil finish. 1 was painted due to assembler error(smile).
Got 7 more to do....next winter.
Learned a few things, had a ton-o-fun....notnew....

Most of them already hang in the basement.
Some in cheap plastic sleeves. The rest were tacked to the wall.

All have 3 holes drilled in the frame.
1 near the nose on the top rail.
2 on the vertical rail near the corners.
5/16" hole ~ 1/4" deep.
Plan to use plain old thumbtacks in drywall.
Most will be hung horizontal.
I know of 3 will be hung vertical.

Had fun...notnew....
