Batch'n it for a few more days.

Opened fridge and:

Cut/fried in just a tad of extra virgin olive oil, two sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts, seasoned heavily with Aunt Jane's crazy salt, and her pepper. Poured just a bit of my favorite dressing on (Braswell's Vidalia Onion & Summer Tomato), a few freshly sliced mushrooms, and a whole freshly sliced (chopped?) peach.

Let it simmer a few more minutes while I prepared a huge bowl of lettuce.

Out of the pan, onto the lettuce, a handful of fresh blueberries on top and...






Ahhhhh! grin
