This kind of problem is often caused by either incorrect base prep under the pour/slab, and/or erosion from water. So best to also check to see if you have water spilling onto this area from above and re-direct that as part of your whole repair. Also make sure water drainage in general is correct.

You can see a eroded line on that slab. Must be an overhang that drips on it.

Thank you guys for all your replies, I apoligize for not replying to each post but the same day I posted this I found out I had to put down my 15 year old family dog. we have no kids so she was our kid and it has been a tough week.

I will check everything you guys mentioned and post back when I can. I will take more pictures so you can see how the house is and if the over hang is the problem.

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....
