If true, then is this not hampering a police investigation or invasion of something?

Sadly this cyber media world we live in is a big part of the problem where everyone has to tweet/record/video/film/post something to get a few minutes of fame. I am really thinking again, the media is causing much of this issue and it will be further difficult to get the truth of what happened.

Spike Lee was totally wrong and at the very least should issue a public apology. For the US attorney general to get involved on that is ridiculous.

This shooting is getting more bizarre day by day. I am amazed by the statement that was issued "we had to release him because he said it was self defense". That is truly unbelievable. "Yes, officer I shot my wife, she was going for a carving knife". "Oh, okay, we can't arrest you under those circumstances if you claim self defense"

And the state's attorney seems to be moving at a snail's pace.

It may boil down to the second 911 call. Zimmerman and one witness said it was Zimmerman yelling for help. Trayvon's mother and another witness say it was Trayvon calling for help.
That just may be the clincher.

But the police are more responsible for the fiasco going on than anyone else.

Did they check for gun shot residue on both parties? Did they check for Trayvon's fingerprints on the gun? Zimmerman claimed the kid tried to take the gun from him. What about the angle of the bullet? Was Zimmerman on the ground when he fired?

And the media is no help. I watched about 10-15 minutes of an interview with the Black Panthers wondering why the hell are they even giving these guys air time? Trayvon's parents told them to stay out of it, they do not want "an eye for an eye".

I wonder if the truth will ever be known.

FOUR eye witnesses support Zimmerman's version... No?

I was surprised to hear chants of "Black Power!" from on-lookers listening to some BP saying they were working on coming up with a million dollars as a reward for Zimmerman.
I thought "What is this, 1968?".

...i believe the leader (of the new black panthers) was arrested, but on another charge.

Been following it pretty closely, I did not hear four witnesses.
