I have 3 BRM accounts. Business reply mail.

Pay a fee for permit and a fee per office.

We have to keep deposit on account.

About $400 every month or so.

Only my inspectors use the mailers.

That is how they send work into the three offices.

I think the main permit is $500 per year and each location is an extra $200 per year.

A stamp would be deducted from the fee.

We pay the postage plus a fee.

You would need to blank out the entire address including the barcode. If you leave the barcode the mail will go to the original address. The latter would probably be delivered especially if you don't put a return address on it.

I'm pretty sure that the barcode will only get it as far as the post office serving that zip code.

We used to get mail into our office regularly when people used the return envelopes and didn't cover the bar code. Now it is processed by third party so we don't see as much of it.

In the end...I addressed and stamped another envelope...and stuck their envelope inside with the check...they can reuse the envelope.

Win-win. grin
