Hanson's a bit fluffy for me. I prefer music that has something to say beyond La-La-La, ain't I pretty.... Hanson's on par with Jonas bros, New Kids, and all the other teenage girl focused pap in my book. But they sell millions, so they must be good, right? To each their own! Right now I'm listening to an outstanding Canadian artist: Feist. Beautiful songwriting, excellent instrumentation and great vocal quality. The only drawback is the lowest-common-denominator mixing/engineering of the recording, same as just about any modern recording, optomized for bloody MP3..... Whatchall listening to right now?
