I have a Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher. How much water should it have on wash cycle. Particles of food are left in bottom after completion of all cycles. Also, where is drain valve located.

Nevermind the last questions, my husband pulled out the dishwasher and the problem was caused from the heating element. This brings me to a new question. The heating element burned a hole into the dishwasher liner and the water was draining out underneath and going under the house. (We have a crawl space so we didn't know the water was leaking). Is this covered by the warranty? Our dishwasher is two years old. I have never heard of this before. Is this a safety problem. I would think so.
