I hope RicVA gets to see the pieces by you and chanl51, nice work and good ideas there. There's no store bought piece of furniture, no matter how fancy, that gives the satisfaction of looking at a nice piece you made yourself

Here is a partial view of a book shelf I slapped togather..
with scrap pieces... off a job.....
All the material WAS FREE.....

"Show pictures" is already checked as well. Strange.

I'll try from home later rather than from work and see if that makes a difference.

interesting. I can replicate the problem perfectly by going in and unchecking show pictures, saving the settings, exiting, and then coming back in. voila. no avatars or pix. check it and they are all back.

only other things I can think of (standard stuff kind of) are 1) put a check in EVERY box in that multimedia section and 2) go into options-general-temporary internet files-delete all offline content.

and maybe post this thread over in the computer section.
