N.Y. will also pull a drivers licence when a person is behind in support payments., I don't know how the courts expect a person to keep a job with no licence when they live in the country.
On eguy was just arrested for hitch hiking to work because his licence was pulled, it's just a no win situation.

Two very different issues. UGL's effectively tied the courts hands in the matters of support. There are no Federal guidelines in custody disputes.

See here in Mass we pay our troopers to sit all day watchin construction sites or utility work zones. But on the other side of deadbeat dad's I paid all that was owed and then some.
