...I believe because of low air flow. The fan appears to be a two-speed, and is not pushing the normal amount of air through the system (no/low flow from registers). Not the filter (removed it), not the thermostat controller (replaced it). The refrigerant lines coming into the heat exchanger are cold to touch, with condensate dripping off. Is there some vacuum line/damper arrangement or bypass I can jumper to check and see if the high-speed fan setting is working?

Can anyone refer to an online troubleshooting guide for this make/model?

Thanks, Jim

If it is air flow, there will be no troubleshooting guide to solve that as ductwork is a non-factory add-on. Look at the coil to see if it has something blocking flow such as insulation or dirt. A tech can put it to high speed to see the result. A damper or other problem in the duct could be possible.

It doesn't appear to be evaporator, cooler or duct related. The fan kicked into high speed today, I didn't do anything. I think it might be controller related. Anybody have any info on controller boards, failure modes, etc.? I may end up just replacing this board, if it isn't cost prohibitive..expensive way to troubleshoot...
thanks,
jim

you can try wiring high speed to main power on furnace if blower works fine like that replace board if not replace motor
