I finally got to watch Finding Neverland myself tonight. I liked it, course I like most of Depps movies. The kids in the movie were really good too. Two thumbs up for sure.

I am looking forward to Willy Wonka

I believe it's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Same movie as Willy Wonka? I'm not sure.

This movie stars Julia Roberts and Jude Law. It's basically about 2 couples that are constantly betraying one another and with each other. I found the language pretty nasty at times and was actually surprized the movie consisted of so much of it. It was also pretty depressing to see how these couples conduct their lives. I was ready to stop watching it after the first hour, though finished it just because. I can't recommend it, there's way better movies out there to see.

An interesting movie this was. If you like "ultra violent" type movies, were a Kill Bill fan, you'll likely like this. The movie is heavy stylized, very much drawing from it's graphic novel roots. Style perhaps is heavier than character, dialogue, or plot, tho they are also decent. Alot of language, nudity and violence, but not full color red nasty stuff you're used to. Mostly black and white with color for accents. Very dark comic-book style.

The wife and I both enjoyed it. Orlando Bloom and Elija Woods in a most un-Hobbit portrail...

Not for the faint of heart...

This was a very good movie. I can understand why Annette Bening was up for an Academy Award.

It's basically about a Diva in England at the turn of the century who basically has an "open marriage" with Jeremy Irons. She has an affair with a man who is just a few years older than her son. The heat gets turned up when her husband starts an affair with this younger mans girlfriend.

I can't say anymore without giving away the end.

It was really good.

I'd definitely have to agree with you on that one Dora. Not one for teens. Language if very graphic.

Coach Carter with Samuel L. Jackson. True story about a basketball team and coach who affects each and every life of those on the team as well as in the town. Very good movie.....4 stars.

This will be a difficult movie for those opposed to infidelity on any level.

Basically a man who is getting married in a week and wants one last fling. Ends up as more. His nerdy friend takes him to wine country where he is more comfortable around the grapes than humans.

Interesting movie....especially for me because I'm a wine geek. I got much of what the "cork dork" was saying...but many won't.

Touch and go for the general public. It was very well done but if you can't handle situations of infidelity then I would say forgo it.

That movie was nominated for a Best Movie Oscar this year wasn't it? (for what that's worth)

I saw it in the theatre. We wanted to go to another movie which was cancelled so we walked into this one not knowing the story, never even heard of the movie or the actors.
It was a wonderful two hours. They actually mock the cheating part, so that aspect has to be taken with a grain of salt in my view.

Two movie with Gwyneth Paltrow to recommend if you haven't seen them.
Mentionning Sideways reminded me of 'Sliding Doors'.
It's somewhat about adultery. It opens with Gwyneth's b/f greeting his fling in their apartment minutes after she leaves for work. Shortly after arriving at work, she's fired. On her way back home the movie splits into two parallel stories, one where she makes the subway (therefor returns home early enough to ...) and one where she misses the subway and gets home later...
Some critic put it as a movie which will make a cheater squirm when watched with his/her spouse.

The other is the Royal Tenebaums .... too funny. Gene Hackman is awesome too.
